- The installation will be taken place on the set-up day afternoon or approved by the exhibitor.
- The recorded files will not be kept unless requested by the exhibitor. A surcharge will be incurred for the video recording backup.

- Handling charges for import and export

Note:
- Charges are per consignment basis and for two (2) ways clearance - import and export (normal working hours 9:00 am - 6:00 pm MYT)

- Overtime charge: RM 100.00 / hour, applicable to any jobs before 9.00am and after 6.00pm (Mon-Fri), before 9.00am and after 1.00pm (Sat) and whole day on Sun.

- Exhibitors are required to prepare invoices & packing lists of exhibits for customs declarations

- The invoice & packing list must be submitted to The Organiser at least 14 days prior to the exhibition date
